Formed in 2002, Impero Solutions sought to create a professional, comprehensive yet easy to use solution to
help teachers and network managers better manage the computer network.
Starting from a security focus, we created a security based package with the ability to monitor and lock-down certain aspects of the network,
mainly the Internet and computers themselves. Later incorporating Remote
Control and other features.
After a few months, the teachers we worked closely with, continued to suggest more and more features, eventually making Impero a very attractive solution
to schools and businesses.

In just 1 year, Impero became a very powerful package, incorporating the very unique features to log all computer activity to a central point, and to be
alerted when someone accesses certain banned features with screenshot evidence.
Impero soon became well known and widely used for the unique and robust features it had.
Other companies soon began to copy Impero's unique features, either creating a new product focusing on one particular feature or adding the features
to their existing remote control products.
This gave us inspiration and we continued to develop the product, eventually incorporating a multitude of features, some completely unique to Impero
and some to aid our users with common tasks that may be found in other products they cannot afford.

By 2006, Impero was installed to approximately 35,000 computers across the UK; mainly via word of mouth referrals.
A local computer hardware company approached us in 2007 who were interested in reselling our product to the schools they dealt with. We soon established
a strong partnership with them and they dealt with sales and support of Impero, giving us the chance to focus our efforts on development
of Impero and other products.
In 2008, we opened office in the United States with the aim to target the American market and was a great move.
By summer 2009, Impero was installed to over 250,000 computers worldwide and is
still increasing daily.
2010 was the year of our expansion into new premesis and the expansion of our team. We Acquired new technologies and knowledge, which will foresee a bright future of our company and products.
By Summer 2010, Impero was installed to over 500,000 machines worldwide with the help of Offices in the USA, Australia and many close partners and resellers representing us, doubling the unit count from 2009.
We believe Impero has made a positive change in classrooms and businesses worldwide and we will continue to develop Impero and other products with this
aim in mind.
